1. Pick a preset that matches your niche

Read Switching theme presets and apply the one closest to your brand. You can fine-tune everything afterwards.

2. Upload your logo

Customize → Header section → Logo:

• Logo image (desktop) — ideally a 1000px wide PNG/SVG, transparent background.
• Logo image (mobile) — optional, useful if your full logo is wide.
• Logo width (desktop) and (mobile) — fine-tune the displayed size.
• Invert logo image — leave OFF for colored / brand-color logos. Turn ON only if your logo is monochrome dark and you need it to flip white on dark backgrounds.

Vesperia automatically delivers your logo at 4× retina resolution. Upload the largest file you have — we downscale, never upscale.

3. Define your colors

Theme settings (gear icon) → Colors. The most important values to set are:

• Background and Foreground — your base palette.
• Accent — used on buttons, marker highlights, and active swatches.
• Button background and Button foreground — your primary CTA pair.
• Sale and Error — used on price strikethroughs and out-of-stock badges.

4. Build your navigation menu

Shopify navigation lives outside the theme. To wire it to Vesperia:

1. Online Store → Navigation → open or create a menu (e.g. “Main menu”).
2. Add the top-level items you want: Shop, Best sellers, About, etc.
3. Back in the theme customizer, Header section → Navigation → select that menu.

5. Replace placeholder images on the homepage

Open each section in the customizer (left sidebar) and swap the demo media with your own. The order Vesperia recommends:

1. Video banner — your hero film or fallback image.
2. Collection scroll — link to your hero collection.
3. Bestsellers ranked — link to a manual or automated collection.
4. Video carousel — upload 3-6 reels.

6. Set up your product page

If you sell items with size or color, look into:

• Linked-product color swatches — if every color is a separate product.
• Inventory status indicator — turn on the 3-state badge.
• Back-in-stock notify — capture email leads on sold-out variants.

7. Publish

When everything checks out, click Save in the customizer, then Publish on the Vesperia row in Online Store → Themes.
