What to include
- Your Shopify store URL.
- The theme version youβre on (visible in Online Store β Themes, on the Vesperia row).
- A clear description of what you expected vs what happened.
- Screenshots or a screen recording if relevant.
- Any error message from the theme editor or browser console.
Collaborator access (faster fixes)
If the issue requires inspecting your theme directly, grant a temporary Shopify Collaborator request from Settings β Users β Add staff or Plan β Manage permissions β Collaborator requests. We send the request from hello@trackwise.studio.
