What to include

  2. The theme version you’re on (visible in Online Store β†’ Themes, on the Vesperia row).
  3. A clear description of what you expected vs what happened.
  4. Screenshots or a screen recording if relevant.
  5. Any error message from the theme editor or browser console.

Collaborator access (faster fixes)

If the issue requires inspecting your theme directly, grant a temporary Shopify Collaborator request from Settings β†’ Users β†’ Add staff or Plan β†’ Manage permissions β†’ Collaborator requests. We send the request from hello@trackwise.studio.
